CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership for IEng
Available exclusively for IEng professionals, this customised programme has been specifically developed as a result of mapping the Engineering Council’s UK-SPEC standard for IEng registration against the CMI level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership. The mapping allows IEng registered candidates’ exemption of 50% of the CMI standard Diploma.
IEng Fast Track candidates complete an induction day plus 3 modules instead of the usual 5 modules.
The Level 5 qualification in Management and Leadership has been designed for practising middle to senior managers who wish to develop their core management skills and practices. It is recommended that delegates have 3 years' management experience prior to attending this course. These qualifications focus on the personal development of the individual learner’s management capabilities and competencies
This customised programme allows candidates to develop a range of competencies from operational management principles and practices, the development of resource control, stakeholder and quality needs. The programme also includes a practical work related project allowing candidates to use the skills and knowledge they have gained on the programme, to assist their own organisation in a business critical area.
On successful completion of the programme you will achieve a Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership. Included in the course price is your fast track application to become a Chartered Manager.
