Information on help available
IET Connect offers IET members and their dependents (and former IEE members) information, advice and financial support.
If you, or someone you know, is experiencing difficulties, perhaps as a result of redundancy, disability or bereavement, IET Connect may be able to help.
Members have free access to a legal help line covering personal, employment and family law issues.
Referral to a debt help line is also available for people having difficulty managing their debts.
Grants can be made for a range of items such as living costs, disability needs, counselling and outplacement courses for help with getting back into work.
