    About this event

     

    The brand new Rolls-Royce Defence Aerospace Bristol manufacturing facility covers the EJ200 engine for Eurofighter Typhoon, the lead role in the STOVL version of the collaborative Joint Strike Fighter programme and the Pegasus engine that powers the Harrier. Also covered are the Adour engine for the Hawk family and the RTM322 helicopter engine. (Engine test facilities will not be covered).

    Aquila engine The Rolls-Royce Heritage Trust covers Bristol Engine Co., Bristol Siddeley & the Rolls-Royce era. Displays range from air-cooled radial piston engines to gas turbines for V/STOL (Pegasus) and supersonic flight including Concorde.  More information about the collection.
