Kent & Medway STEM are always pleased to welcome the registration of new Ambassadors; the commitment you give need only be a few hours each year. All you have to do is visit http://db.stemnet.org.uk/register.cfm and fill in the form. Just browse through the site for more details (http://www.stemnet.org.uk/home.cfm ).
To meet legal requirements of working with children you will be required to complete a CRB check. You will also be invited to attend an induction session of a couple of hours. But once signed up you will find contributing your knowledge and experience to the benefit of Kent & Medway children a most rewarding use of your time.
Brian will be pleased to hear from IET Kent members to discuss the help that they can give in supporting the provision of Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths in our schools (Please see the contact page to send Brian a message).
