    Afternoon Visit to BAE Systems Maritime - Naval Ships

     

    Own Transport:     

     

    On the visit we will hear about the history of Clyde shipbuilding at the Scotstoun Yard and we will be shown around HMS Duncan by its Royal Navy crew. HMS Duncan is the sixth and last Type 45 Daring Class Destroyer and is currently being fitted out at Scotstoun.

     

    The visit will finish in time for those interested in attending  the talk on ‘Developing the world’s first hybrid ferry in Scotland’ at the Teacher Building 14 St Enoch Square Glasgow at 6.30pm. Separate registration is required for this talk.
