Dr. Michael Marck has over twenty years of industry experience at the senior director level for both private and public companies which include Canada Post Corporation, Bell Canada, AT&T and Group Telecom. He is noted for his labour relations experiences and negotiation skills while employed with Canada Post. Dr. Marck graduated from the University of Calgary with an MBA (1997) and completed his Phd in 2008 at the University of Strathclyde. 

In August 2010 has promoted to ‘Manager MBA Programme for South East Asia’ for the University of Strathclyde. Michael’s research interests include the topics of: loyalty within business-to-business networks, Sales Management and particular attention to the salesperson’s role as a boundary spanner and builder of trust.

Professor Jiju Antony is a world leader in Operational Management with a strong focus on Six Sigma. His the Director of the Centre for Research in Six Sigma and Process Excellence and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He is also the editor of the International Journal of Lean Six Sigma. In his 10-year research career, Professor Antony has published more than 180 refereed papers and five textbooks in the areas of Reliability Engineering, Design of Experiments, Taguchi Methods, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management and Statistical Process Control.
