    Amendment No 1 contains changes and new sections to align with European documents.

    · Devices for protection against overvoltage (surge protection) - new section 534;
    · Medical locations - new Section 710;
    · Operating or maintenance gangways - New Section 729;
    · Model forms for certification and reporting - Appendix 6;
    What should we be aware of? How is our installation affected?

    Additionally, a new suite of QCF qualifications is replacing the old NCF qualifications. (Example; City and Guilds 2394, 2395 and 2396 replaces 2391 Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations.) What are they and how will stakeholders be affected?
