“Concurrent Engineering - Why is it needed?"

Presentation by Sumeet Shah CEng MIET

In today's markets, product lifecycles are always reducing and financial pressures are increasing.  Concurrent engineering and it's application with project management is an essential way of working.

I will be discussing the pros and cons of applying this approach, compared to conventional methods of delivering projects.

What the IET can do for you...

The primary purpose of the Chairman, the role of the volunteers and Staff of the IET is to provide a number of services to support it's members.

The second part of the evening will give members a chance to meet members of IET Staff and volunteers, who will talk about a wide range of services that are free and available to all IET members.

    Speakers will include:

    •           Bruce McLelland (TPN Community Development Manager)
