The IET has communities in New England (Boston and NYC), California (LA and San Diego), Texas (Houston and Austin), Florida (Tampa), Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, and the Caribbean (Trinidad) . We also have two joint groups with other engineering institutions in Calgary (Central Prairies Group of Chartered Engineers) and in Vancouver (Western Canada Group of Chartered Engineers). We have a Young Member group at Purdue University and new communities being formed in the Rocky Mountain states, Northern California (San Francisco), and Chesapeake (Washington DC).
