Patrick Noble
Our Honorary Treasurer, based in France since 1970, recently celebrated his 70th birthday. Patrick's career was centred on procurement and construction management for offshore oil & gas and petro-chemical projects worldwide. Now retired, he is still very much interested in what is going on in engineering.
