Help and support regarding problems with making online payments
For help and support regarding problems with making online payments, in the first instance either refer to our service provider WorldPay's support site or contact your card issuer. We would, however, like to be made aware of any problems that may affect the IET website.
Online Payments - Verification and Security
During the checkout process, you will be taken to WorldPay's web site to make your payment. WorldPay participates in the Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code schemes. If you have registered with your bank for either of these schemes, you will be shown a pop-up window upon submitting your payment details. The pop-up window originates from your card issuer and will ask you to enter a password or PIN number. If this is the first time you have shopped at a participating web site, you may be asked more questions to verify your identity.
