It'll be useful(ish) - but won't specifically tell you if you need a system.
The RRO is the starting point, it also has a bearing where you are - Scotland has slightly different requirements as some of the legal system differs. Essentially, a risk assessment is the starting point - from there, you'll trickle down into building control, BS and BS EN's and then guidance, good practice etc. New build and refurb may also drive different requirements Not enough info to give you more Regards OMS ------------------------- Failure is always an option |
