My initial respond it is not accredited by IET.
Your University would have let you know and it would be on their web site if it was.

IET can let you know if it is equivalent to IET accredited programme. IET may recognize your degree as comparable.

Many degree programs outside UK are not accredited by IET,
Most of them have equivalent accreditation.

For example UCLA in USA or UC Berkely, MIT are not accredited by IET yet they are recognized as equivalent accreditation by ABET in USA.

This is very good:
The Faculty of Engineering of the University of Mauritius offers four-year undergraduate BEng.(Hons) programmes which satisfy the academic requirements of the Council of Registered Professional Engineers (Mauritius) for registration as Professional Engineers.

In some cases an evaluation by NARIC UK can be helpful.
They will provide a report how your degree equated/equivalent to UK degree.

From what I see it should be recognized. Not all countries participate in international recognition accords.
NARIC report can be very helpful.

Validate with IET if NARIC report desired. I recommend it.

Are you a member of The Institution of Engineers Mauritius ?

ICE-IEM AGREEMENT OF COOPERATION

The Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) UK and the Institution of Engineers (Mauritius) have entered into an Agreement of Cooperation to promote the development of a closer working relationship, to the mutual benefit of their members and in the interests of the engineering profession.

Maybe you can check if IET cooperation can be established?
