Good day All,
Just inquiring how long it takes to assess my eligibility as a member. I applied in September 2012 and i was told to forward in a detailed CV which i did. I have not heard anything since then, though i receive the monthly magazine. How would i know my status? Best Regards, Oluwamuyiwa |

Hi, I have found it to be the other way. The process in my case was quite swift. I would suggest contacting the IET by phone/email to clarify where you stand.

Being a member of the IET and IEng are 2 different things.
My IET membership status is displayed in the My account section of My IET when I login to this website. I can also see my IET membership number there as well. Both of these should give you an indication of your mebership status. Kind regards Donald Lane |
