My BCS membership card has my name, membership number, membership grade, chartered status (including CEng, although my registration is through the IET) and expiry date
My IET membership card has my name and membership number. No expiry date. Any value?.
I have no evidence of my chartered status with the IET (I was originally registered with the Council of Engineering Institutions through the IERE).

Pretty poor from IET, letting themselves down, would be a bit of free advertising

Got the diary, would have preferred a card
Why doesnt IET have a facility to buy a card, like a tie for example If you want one, you pay for it, and you get it, sounds simple Or tell the EC to do it, like they used to. |

New individual registrant logos
The new logos are very good, especially the sample letter for use, because as well as registration of Engineering Council it also combines membership of professional body. However the sample letter signature example shows: (Name deleted) IEng MIEE MIIE Senior Electrical Engineer (If only that were true to the present day) http://www.engc.org.uk/news-list https://ws.engc.org.uk/logoorders/ |

Totally agree with you provided the card had some form of identification to show who had issued it; a hologram with the IET & EC logo's. Otherwise fake cards may well enter the system.
