I have just read online the article "M2M and the Internet of Things", which I will eventually read in E&T Magazine, Volume 6, issue 9. Anybody interested in the Internet of Things must read the book "Spychips: How Major Corporations and Government Plan to Track Your Every Move with RFID" by Katherine Albrecht and Liz McIntyre, 2005 (ISBN: 978-1595550200).
To see what companies have in store for us, the authors quote from patents already granted in this area. The technology will not be deployed to the benefit of the consumer. Regards, Martin |
