has anyone attempted to perform highly accelerated life testing(HALT) in order to shorten the test timing while following the GMW3172-2008 standard please?
can for example power temperature cycle test described in GMW3172-2008, be shortened by a HALT test ? and will the results be equally acceptable? regards, Yi |
