what are the basic requirements that are used in panel configuration(or assembly) in terms of mechanical part(cubicle size and support)electrical part,control aspect and safety aspect

Schnider used to do a book on control panels that covers what you are asking, they sometimes give them out free, Look at their website or ask your local dealer
