I would like to ask you to remind me ( and maybe other members of this Task) about the final result of teleconferenc.
I think it can help us to follow the decision more effectively or if you prefer just send us a summary of teleconference result and decision via Email.

Dear all
Hope you are ready for this TF.
I think we have to start our task by introducing the deadlines.
Jayathu, as you told our responsibility will end on 1st July 2012. Shall we plan for 3 issues? 2 of them can be published in 2011 and the last one 2012?
or we have to publish 2 issues, one in 2011 and the second one in 2012?

I suggest 2. This is because this would not be a just a newsletter. We have to give something fruitful to our readers. therefore we need to think what to include. First one will be the most difficult one. But after first issue we can issue second one much better.

How about one issue by Nov/Dec 2011, then another issue by Jun/Jul 2012 before our team end.

That is right Jayathurs.
I think your idea is good Jeff November 2011 and May (every 6 months) or June 2012 before finishing our responsibility.

Ok then. We need to think what are the topics that we need to include. In fact you guys have to run this TF. Make decisions and go ahead. I will give side support. Also tell me when you need to have any IET officials support. I will make a path. Also you can have other TFs support. Once you read TF's overview, you can have plenty of ideas that can be used as topics. Also you can contact them directly for collecting information.

Our target is ordinary member, so this is my idea.
try to find possible topics by searching IET website and all other TF's and write here what we are thinking it could be useful.
I think IET website has a massive potential. As a member I can always find something new and useful.
for example introducing the digital library to members as they might have needs to special resources.
If you agree, we can choose 10th of August as our deadline to find any possible topics and then we can choose between them.
