Has anybody here seen the proposed reforms for self employed people on a low income when Universal Credit replaces Working Tax Credits next year? It doesn't make pleasant reading and I'm wondering how many small businesses will be forced to close down.

Does being a Director of a limited company (for contracting purposes) count as self employed? :S

Jen, can you tell us where we can find details of these reforms? I am registered self-employed but these days make less than £100 a year doing the odd repair. Luckily I have a full time job as well!
