Obviously I won't make specific comments about individual situations in a public forum, but as general feedback the system only attempts to charge you if you have current fees outstanding. It won't offer you the ability to pay if:
- you have a direct debit or similar arrangement
- you have a payment that is currently being processed
- the time period on your subscription notice has elapsed
as these could lead to double payment or an unclear status.
