Hi there,

Since this week, I've started to receive all my IET forum digests and email messages twice! Anyone else getting this and anyone have any idea why?

Rhys

I'd suggest that you look at the mail headers if you are able. You may be able to see where the duplication arises by looking at the times when a message was delivered from server to server; the point at which the times become different is the point at which a duplicate arose.

If this does not help, then feel free to forward some duplicates to me using the email address from our recent correspondence. Please send them as attachments to a new message, because this tends to preserve the headers and therefore the evidence.

Apologies for this error. We have several load-balanced Web servers, and we normally ensure that they do not all take it upon themselves to mail you your digests. There was an oversight in the new-site implementation, which led to this occurrence.
