I am looking for information on application, technical details and performance of inverters used in 750 V dc traction system of metro rail systems? Thanks.

Hi
Suggest you look at Siemens Mobility website. They have a device called the Sitras TCI which is used on metro systems and you will be able to download a useful datasheet for it.
