Are there any members who have some experience of stray current due to ice build-up, between the running rail and ground. In most LRT systems I am sure the electrolysis of any ice buildup eventually clears and isn't really a problem; however with a system whose climate may fluctuate between minus 30C and 0 for four months of the year, this may be an issue that requires some additional thought. If anybody has some experience /information of older north American DC traction systems or has some earlier Tramway engineering wisdom to share; it would be greatly appreciated.
