I am hoping you can help. I am a railway signalling engineer who has recently made the move from maintenance and faulting into the world of projects. I am concerned about the some location cabinets we intend to install and their proximity to a housing estate substations.
Signalling locations are steels cabinets with a ideal 2 ohm resistance earth. The substations are roughly 25 metres from the location cabinets, does this represent a health and safety issue. I am unsure.

Many thanks
