Dear Ladies & Gents,

I am looking for some voltage (LV, MV, HV and EHV) and frequency standards for some countries around the world. Main countries concerned are as follow:

1. The Philippines
2. Sri Lanka
3. Papua New Guinea
4. Bermuda

Many thankis.

The local standard if there is one, will usually depend which country used to administer the island ie. brittish dependances would have used Brittish systems. I have stayed in a hotel in the Caribbean where one wing was wired with 240V 13A UK sockets and another wing was wired with 110V USA sockets.

I agree with Arthur, and also recommend talking to the IET Libary's research service: I did some feasibility studies in Rwanda and Kenya last year and they were very good at getting some background info.
