Does anyone have a copy of the old CEGB standard 993610? I am in the process of designing a substation synch system and need to know how the loading affects the VT accuracy. The VT is a 1:1 63.5V rated at 36VA. The synchroniser is a multifunction protection relay with a rating of only 0.3VA.
