I am interested in knowing what type/technique of Partial discharge and Vibration monitoring is most suitable for Power Transformers.
- Above what MVA rating PD and Vibration monitoring becomes most appropriate. When Vibration monitoring does becomes really important (does it depend on size or location or just done during annual maintenance) - When does continuous online monitoring become important for Power transformers or are we better of doing these tests off line during annual maintenance. - Any reference material, books, journal articles available for further reading on this subject. |
