Can anyone tell me what the equivalent standard to G59/2 is in America and mainland Europe? If anyone knows where I could access these equivalent standards that'd be a big help.

I believe there is no requirement for a Witnessed Test anywhere else in Europe. If you contact a relay manufacturer like Comap IPU [Oldbury Birmingham] they should be able to guide you. They are based in Prague and I know they export relays to Canada. IPU have their own website
