Does anyone have any details of earth fault protection and lightning protection for wind turbines in the 400V 80kW - 250kW range and how it relates to BS7671.
Chapter 55 of the regs touches on the subject, but there seems to be no clear guidance. Any guidance would be much appreciated. |

this is large power, GMAC, most likely a dedicated transformer, so DNO will supply a transformer earth. Lightning protection can be bonded to the earth terminal at mains as usual.
