We have a Frech Machine DK450, we are having a few problems with this machine an "Over Heating problem".
The machine starts fine, works normally but the circulating oil is getting too hot which is over heating the machine. I took out the heat exchanger, cleared the water path by soaking it with de-scaler which cleared the blockage of water three weeks ago. We recently contacted Frech UK, they advised us to take out the solenoid which is on the water inlet pipe, this did not solve our problem.. I was asked to control the flow of water through the heat exchanger, it was cooling the temperature slightly but the temperature was not constant and quickly over heats displaying a warning message on the screen "Machine is over heated". I have checked the oil circulation motor, which is working fine, but I noticed the past few of days the motor is also over heating. I want to know what is the operating temperature of the relief valve and other solenoid valve, because some of the solenoid valves heats up to 58 degree C. Thank you, Jag |
