Hi,
I've just been through the process with BSI very costly but worth having in the engineering industry. You can download free templates for quality manual systems to utilise just type in sample quality management manuals iso9001 in google. Also it is well worth doing an iso9001 internal auditors course as it is a tricky subject to get your head round. |
