I am looking around for up to date software to log change requests, and allow referencing of these requests to ECRs and other output documents. It should be flexible enough to capture the simplest of issues, but thorough enough to ensure that every change request is fully traceable (in both directions) through to the eventual change. It must also allow easy identification of open requests.
