Culture of fear completely de motivates an employee and is certainly not a good model for an engineer

So called reality shows are boring, only the the biggest ego's are picked - drama - drama - drama. The producers of these shows should consider the long term impact and not just how good the rating was. Because they are fear motivated to keep their jobs.
Ok drama is what sells but please let there be some reality ! |
