For any job, the pay is a negotiation between the individual and the employer. For consultancy roles this is even more true. It's pretty unlikely that anyone here is going to give away in public the excellent, private, deal they negotiated with any one company. After all, why should they encourage other people to compete for their job? Equally, anyone with any sense is unlikely to say that any company is a low payer as who knows who you will need to employ you one day: you can't afford to upset any potential employers in the market.
If you rephrase your question you may get the other half answered, about what standard contractual conditions are. But I'm not at all surprised that you haven't seen any answers to your question as put. You just need to approach a range of companies yourself and see what they think you are worth.
