I'm looking at purchasing some electrical design software, and being used to using Amtech in my last couple of positions, I have obtained quotes for various different packages from Amtech - for my needs they are upwards of £4k.
I was recently told that ECA have released Designgenie which apparently has the same functionality without the limitations on number of DB's on a model. Designgenie is substantially cheaper than Amtech so I want to establish from people who may have used both that it does indeed do what it says on the tin. Any comments would be appreciated. Hi Fearon, hope you are well.
I work for ECA and, although slightly biased, can give a glowing report on designgenie! I can arrange for a sample copy if you wish for a nominal fee of £20? Hope this helps |
