Is ADA still in use for software development or has is fallen into disuse like Pascal? Does anybody here program in ADA?

Pascal hasn't really fallen into disuse. I don't know where you heard this from, but there are still people who use Pascal for its original purpose (i.e.: educational purposes).
Ada itself originated as a US DoD standard in 1977 & has been updated in 2005, so it's still current. The only problem is that I don't know if any industry outside of the military uses it. ------------------------- Technology: something that's hated & cursed at by all engineers, technologists & technicians!
