Can anyone refer me to somebody who knows something about video conferencing systems on the market or being developed in the early 1990s. Any tips on publications from that period would also help greatly.

Hi Rob,
Although I didn't work on a videoconferencing system per se, I did work on the Marconi Videophone that was (badly) marketed by BT as the Relate 2000 around 1993/4.
