Welcome to the forum,

Depends whether your degree is practically based or just a theoretical exercise..

Some practical projects might include:

1/ Industrial Control (PID)
2/ SMPs
3/ DC -DC convertor
4/ BMC
5/ Instrumentation and monitoring
6/ Electronic chemical curtains
7/ Detectors and detection

Anything that will show your examiners that you have an understanding of the basic post 'A' level principles and a level of back-up engineering mathematics.
