I am trying to find an approximate typical figure to use for Mean Time to Failure for a Motorola MC9S12DJ512CPVE microcontroller to use in some reliability calculations.
The data sheet has reliability figures for the NVM but not the controller as a whole. Are there any figures available for similar controllers that I could consider indicative?. Are we likely to be looking at a MTTF of 5, 20, 50, 100, 500, 1000 years? I am just after a ballpark figure. |
