I want to know that:
How the U and V signals are encoded and scaled to obtain the following equations? U=0,492111(B-Y) V=0,877283(R-Y) Can anybody elaborate the calculations with reasons to get the above mentioned standard in Colour PAL TV System? The books tell us only the above standard but do not derive the above mentioned equations with appropriate justifications.
