Dear all
I designed DC to AC converter (12v DC to 700v AC) the H bridge has four 1kv mosfet. the output is 700v 15mA. The problem that i have is when i apply load across the H bridge 1kV spike will appear on top of the 700v. the 1kv is not more than 5us, so the vcc will be over 1700 volts. I am wondering whether anyone knows how i can get rid of this 1kv extra? and will the 5us 1kv will damage the mosfet? i am thinking this 5us 1kv has a very small amount of energy and i dont think this will effect the mosfet. am i right or wrong any suggestions? thanks, Zahra |
