I am very new to Proteus Software Program, but as I have been recommended to use it to draw holes for PCB with certain size of inner/outer diagrams and size between each holes
If someone has basic tutorials to just draw those holes, I would be very pleased to have your help Thank you |

For the PCB outline and any apertures, draw it in some 2D CAD program such as AutoCAD and then import the resultant DXF onto the board outline layer. You can get a free CAD package very similar to AutoCAD by googling "progeCAD".
You also have the option of creating new through hole pads by entering the through hole pad menu (on the left hand side) and clicking "C" for create. Once inside there, specify a name for your pad, its inner hole diameter and its outer pad diameter. These sizes are in imperial (thou.) measurements. So for a 1mm hole you will need to enter (1mm / 25.4 = 0.039370078) 39th Hope this helps |

You can also type in 1mm for example. There is also an option to make it just a hole, rather than a via.
