Hi All,
I'm not able to get my hands on a copy of the new IPC-2152 standard. Does anyone know the equation used to derive the 'standard' chart? This is the chart that determined the temperature rise in PCB tracks on Polyimide laminate with 3oz thick copper. If not is there any way anyone can help me here? Thanks. |
