Hi,
I am looking to interface to the 2-wire communications bus (HBS) that is commonly used in A/C equipment. The protocol is described in the following document, but I cannot find it as it is old (1988): "ET-2101 Home Bus System (HBS)",Standard of EIAJ & REEA, Technical Committee on HBS, 9,1988. I have found a Mitsumi IC that implements the physical layer, however I still need to implement the HBS protocol in the microcontroller: http://www.mitsumi.co.jp/Catal...f/commun_mm_1034_e.pdf If you have knowledge of the HBS protocol, any assistance or insight you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Hi cdchilds,
Ithink that i have the same problem than you, but in my case I have any idea about the physical layer protocol. The data link layer protocol I don't know how it is. Could you help me with my problem? I know that my frame check secuence hace 8 bits, but I don´t know how to calculate. |
