I have been trying to locate the 'document' published by the ITU which could be described as the, 'International Frequency List' which contains in numerical order: Frequency, Callsign, Location, Country, Lat/Long, + possibly other data such as bandwidth, modulation, etc.

Searching the ITU website, their "BR International Frequency Information Circular (BR IFIC) - Terrestrial Services" appears.

This is published every two weeks. However what is not clear is whether each DVD-ROM includes what might be termed historical data, ie would the frequency 60 kHz show locations both at Rugby and Anthorn with corresponding dates?

At a cost of CHF 210 for one single-user DVD, it would be helpful to know first!

Grateful for any information.

Many thanks.
