I have over 15 years of RF and Microwave design experience at component level, mainly in ISM band products, but also specialist security industry related products. Due to a relocation (Western Australia) there is very little work in these industries and I would like to cross over into either the mobile phone arena or WiFi.
The work available is not component level design, but rather system level integration, or site planning. I've been thinking about doing a Masters in Communications part time, but if anyone can suggest alternatives I would appreciate it. What might make things difficult is that I can't afford to drop back down to a junior engineering level, certainly not for an extended period of time. |
