I am interested in getting in touch with organisations who have implemented mobile working, particularly using hand held devices (Blackberrys, smart phones, or bespoke devices). Anyone out there who could help me find some case studies? I am interested in costs, benefits, architectures / support, suppliers, process changes and the like.
Feel free to post some lessons learnt if you've been involved in mobile working programmes. I look forward to your thoughts..... |
