Ofcom commissioned PA Consultants to produce a report into Power Line Adaptors (PLA) and interference to the radio spectrum. After a long delay the report has finally been published and is availabe here:
http://www.ofcom.org.uk/resear...search/emer_tech/PLT/ Its pretty condemming of the technology and paints a bleak future for, to air broadcasting and other users of the HF and VHF spectrum.
