Not sure if this is the correct forum for this problem, but hopefully one of you can help me.
I have recently taped over some video of my wee boy's first day at school and am desperate to retrieve the footage.Is this possible and if so how and who wuld be able to do this for me?? Totally gutted!!!(and not told the wife yet-oops)

lost for ever i'm afraid, DV tape still stores to an analogue format! buy yourself a hard disc version of a cam.
